Welcome to ArkFlow. Before using ArkFlow, you need to agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

Nature of the Service

ArkFlow is a local-first personal asset record and freedom analysis tool. It helps organize assets, liabilities, cashflow, repayment reminders, and a freedom profile. It does not provide banking, brokerage, accounting, tax, legal, or investment advisory services. In-app analysis is for personal reference and is not investment advice, a return promise, or a financial decision basis.

Your Data and Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that content you enter, upload, or select is accurate, lawful, and yours to use. You should back up important data. The current version stores data mainly on your device, so uninstalling the app, erasing the device, system failure, or backup restore failure may cause local data loss.

Anonymous Usage Data

You may agree to let ArkFlow send anonymous usage data to improve the product experience, understand whether features are useful, and diagnose funnel issues. This data should not include asset amounts, account names, screenshots, OCR text, card numbers, notes, or backup contents. You can turn off Anonymous Usage Data at any time in app Settings without affecting local core features.

Screenshot Recognition and Manual Confirmation

OCR reduces entry effort. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be confirmed and edited by you before saving. You should verify account names, amounts, repayment dates, statement dates, currencies, and whether an account is included in net worth.

ArkFlow Pro, Purchases, and Subscriptions

ArkFlow Pro is an optional paid upgrade inside the app for advanced asset-management features. Current Pro access includes foreign-currency and multi-currency accounts, base currency switching, card-face and account visual customization, iCloud Drive backup and snapshot sync, and later advanced features that are clearly marked as Pro on the purchase page.

ArkFlow may offer the following in-app purchases through Apple App Store:

• ArkFlow Pro Lifetime: a one-time purchase that unlocks Pro access provided by the current version. Coverage for future features follows the purchase page description.
• ArkFlow Pro Monthly: an auto-renewable subscription that provides Pro access by month.
• ArkFlow Pro Annual: an auto-renewable subscription that provides Pro access by year.
• Specific product names, prices, subscription periods, trials, offers, and regional availability are shown in the app through StoreKit and Apple's purchase sheet.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew at the end of each period until canceled in your Apple account.
• Apple charges subscription fees to your Apple ID account.
• You can view, cancel, or manage subscriptions in iOS Settings or the App Store.
• Purchased items can be restored in the app with Restore Purchases.
• Refunds, revocations, billing issues, and payment methods are handled by Apple. Pro access may be removed after a refund or subscription expiration.

Pro Feature Boundaries

Pro currently focuses on advanced capabilities such as foreign-currency accounts, base currency switching, and card-face customization. Basic asset recording, manual entry, confirmed OCR saving, privacy masking, and basic reminders should not be understood as Pro-only unless a future version clearly says so before purchase.

Third-Party App Icons, Trademarks, and Uploaded Images

ArkFlow lets you choose third-party app icons through App Store search or upload images from Photos as local account logos. Third-party names, icons, trademarks, and materials belong to their owners. ArkFlow does not claim ownership or imply affiliation, authorization, sponsorship, or endorsement.

This feature is only for personal, local, non-public account visual identification. Do not use third-party icons or others' materials for unlawful, misleading, infringing, public promotional, or commercially confusing purposes. ArkFlow may adjust or limit the feature if required by rights holders, platform rules, or law.

Intellectual Property

ArkFlow's product name, interface, code, copy, and original materials are protected by law. Without permission, you may not copy, reverse engineer, sell, sublicense, or misuse ArkFlow content or services.

Prohibited Conduct

• Do not use ArkFlow for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or misleading activities.
• Do not attempt to bypass purchases, permissions, subscriptions, or security mechanisms.
• Do not upload or use images, trademarks, or other content you are not allowed to use.
• Do not present ArkFlow analysis as professional investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

ArkFlow works to keep features stable but does not guarantee that recognition, calculations, reminders, exchange rates, subscription status, or analysis results are error-free. You should verify important financial information and are responsible for your records, actions, and decisions. To the extent permitted by law, ArkFlow is not liable for indirect loss, data loss, lost profits, or other consequences caused by using or being unable to use the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the product, law, or platform rules change. Major changes will be communicated reasonably. Continued use of ArkFlow means you accept the updated terms.
